Every visa-free policy traces to a published notice from China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Immigration Administration. Each country page links the original source.
📅 Dated and re-verified
Policies carry a "last verified" date. When China updates an exemption — and it changes often — we re-check and re-sync, rather than leaving a stale blog post up.
⚙️ One verified engine
The web checker and the iOS app evaluate the same verified policy dataset with the same logic. No divergent "website version" giving a different answer.
🔐 Your data stays yours
The tools run in your browser. We never ask you to upload a passport or create an account just to get an answer.
What "not an OTA" actually means
Online travel agencies make money when you book through them — so their incentive is to get you to check out, not to warn you that the hotel can't legally host foreigners or that your nationality needs a visa. We make money from a paid app that's genuinely useful for your whole trip. That means we can tell you the inconvenient truth: sometimes the answer is "you need a visa" or "book directly, not here."

We work hard to be accurate, but rules change without notice and edge cases exist. Treat our tools as strong decision-support, not legal advice — and always confirm against the official embassy or immigration source before you commit money or travel. We link those sources so you can.
